RVI’s New Product Introduction team consists of senior electronic technicians and engineering staff averaging 25+ years experience in the Electronics Repair Industry.
This highly skilled team provides our clients with technical contacts for support during the development stages of their programs as well as ongoing technical support during a product’s life cycle.

Quotations for most new products are provided in five business days. The team designs and builds custom test software, unique harnessing, and test equipment to fully service each product. Products can be reviewed for design improvement recommendations. Root cause failure analysis and trend analysis are performed at the client’s request.
